After pasting into word the outline, highlight all the text and change the font to a very common font like Calibri. Then save as outline. This is what was stopping everything. Chat GPT has a weird font that stuffs it up.

I was incorrect here. If you ensure you save to your hard drive and not your Pne Drive Cloud it works like a charm. Important step as he pointed out.

You cannot save to one drive must saved on your hard drive. It will work if you do this that was my issue.
