This one angered me when it first happened. The dad who was complaining about his “baby” being shot had JUST tried kicking a girl in the head that was on the ground. What kind of father doesn’t only stand by and allow his child to try killing someone, but actively participates in the attack? Then tries some weird argument as though her age somehow means she should have been allowed to stab someone. Ridiculous.

You could make the case the dad should be charged with murder. Remember the law that says you could be charged with murder if committing a felonious attack or crime with someone else and THEY are killed? The dad was attacking the SAME minor that his daughter was attacking with a knife. She was killed while engaging in a violent crime WITH her dad, ergo he should be charged with murder.
The complete lack of accountability in our country is sad. I'm a convicted felon and I knew the price of every crime I committed, including death. I never used weapons but I robbed 4 banks to fund a heroin habit; I knew that the nature of the crimes I was committing would lead to my death if a defender would have intervened. Thankfully some years in prison helped me heal some of my own pain and understand that I had no right to steal from people. Hey dummy, it was a domestic dispute. Most family's do not want police involved in their family affairs because of exactly what happened here. And no dumbo, the victim did not complain about being saved. Where TF did you get that from?!? You folks are so dumb it's unreal. The father of the 16year old female did not know the officer shot her because she had a knife. The father was fighting when shots were fired. He then turns around and sees his daughter shot. Instinctually he suspected that the officer shot her for no reason. You can't figure out that the only reason you knew the young girl had a knife is because you're watching it from a video and therefore can see everyone's perspective!? You don't pay attention as much as you think you do.. And for you to say "well done officer" is disgusting. Although the officer may have down the right thing, it's never okay to take a human life. It's a sad g'dam story. The young lady likely acted out of heat of passion and didn't realize what she was doing. No sane, moral, prudent person tries to stab someone else in front of police without there being heat of passion or mental illness. The situation was unfortunate dummy. Frankly more dangerous than a bullet hole as a knife can rip quite a huge chunk of meat open, if any person is wielding a knife they must prepare that they will get checked especially in a public encounter like that with everyone around, if the baby had actually stabbed and killed the victim in front of the cops, people were gonna blame cops for not doing their work.. Baby should have been eating her cereals instead of cutting people. Thank you so much John for these videos may God bless you and the ASP team for the hard work.
