Love these. Reminds me of when I was young. Old animated moon pictures and movies. There’s an old old movie called Dancing on the 🌝 Moon, 1920s or so. I’m 57. I used to love all the old musicals and cartoons when I was little.

i have watched so many truly bad Dollar tree craft videos but you are the real deal. Great projects and all doable for most crafters using your instructions though yours look phenomenal due to your painting and sculpting skills. Hiya, Melba! Thank you, kindly 🤗 Yes, that clay does tend to crack especially if you use a lot of water to smooth it.!However, I still have that moon. I leave him out all year long & he never cracked. I would suggest trying Creative Paper Clay if you want a more traditional type of air dry clay. It doesn’t crack as much, however, it is more expensive. I started with the crayola clay because it was reasonably priced & I wasn’t sure whether I would like working with clay when I first tried it

Luna is my favorite!! I fit a moon video in every couple months ✨✨🌜✨✨ No art classes. I’ve just always been inclined. I used to watch Donna Dewberry videos when she was on PBS. I learned lots from her! She’s amazing! You can find her on KZbin! Highly recommend 💯🥰

Hi! Just found you & I am watching all your videos! I got the model magic and made a ghostie and he cracked while drying overnight! All over! How do you dry your pieces and prevent them from cracking!? Thank you!

Hiya, P888! Welcome! So happy that you’re here! I am sorry to hear that your ghostie cracked!! I have been very lucky with Model Magic. I’ve only experienced cracking on 2 projects & I attributed that to the fact that I used a lot of water while molding. It’s difficult to say why your project cracked. Did you use foam as a structure or was the piece solid clay? If you covered a foam structure, maybe the clay was too thin. I wish I could be of more help, here, but I haven’t experienced this problem myself. I am sorry that your wee ghost cracked 😔

@@UpAllNightDIY Hello! Thank you kindly for the reply! I am not sure! Should I cover it or just let it air dry? I bought the tub pf Model Magic. Same stuff. Maybe it was too thin. Yes on foam but a smooth foam ball not the scratchy kind. I did watch your new video tonight with Sully and I was thinking perhaps I didn't knead it enough? I did use the acrylic brayer to roll it but not on a placemat, but waxed paper. I did not use a lot of water. I will try again and see.

Hiya, Vicki! I mostly use Model Magic now, mainly because it isn’t as likely to crack. I still have some Crayola Air Dry, so I’ll probably use it eventually on something that I won’t mind some cracks in.
