I don't even know if the max rocket spear is better yet. Hard to say. But level 18 is good enough to use, yes!

Whts your fireball level usaually they use 1 eq u r using 3

My fireball is lvl 27 - the reason I take 3 is it allows me to snipe the TH if I want to (a couple examples in the video). But if I don't want the TH I can use those extra quakes with either the spiky ball or the rocket spear
