Hey bro this doesn't have any downside ? Like is it safe to use and no issues like malware or cpu issue will occur . I'm asking this because my friend got a desktop theme and it somehow throttled his cpu even on idle .

It kind of slows down the computer a bit when turning on that's it. I didn't face any issues other than that. And it won't constantly keep the performance down just when it's starting after that it will be smooth, or that's how it is for me. Hope this helps😅
