In this video, I will walk you through two simple pad adjustments to take some of the stress off your knees and hips during the game, and leave them feeling better both on, and off, the ice. AND, as usual, I will explain to you WHY these adjustments make a difference from a biomechanical/physiological/anatomical standpoint.
