Ingredients (1 quiche - 6/8 people)
To make the quiche dough:
310 g pattiserie flour
190 g butter
pinch of salt
75 grams of water
For the quiche filling:
1 broccoli
1 white onion
1 red onion
1 shallot
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
200 g smoked bacon (pre-cooked)
200 g cooked ham
some pepper
some salt
5 eggs
30 cl of cream
100 g grated Gruyère
As a finish (optional):
some mixed lettuce
some raisins
some nuts
some cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
some pepper
some salt
some Aceto Balsamic vinegar
