I got an idea... Not sure if anyone already said it here in the comments... We can colour the pins with the Posca paint markers and then use a topcoat or maybe a glitter top coat so that the paint would stay... Maybe!❤️

If you paint the top of the paint and coloured stapler pens with clear nail polish it will not ship and it looks very much opaque

You can try putting thin layer of top coat and try. It might work as the top coat is a barrier and it won’t chip.

The Posca pens chip because its just a thin layer of paint you need to wait for them to dry and then spray lacquer on it to protect the paint then it wont chip off
