Your ideas are wonderfully imaginative. I see at 5:05 the ground clamp is attached to the main frame during that particular welding operation. That hookup takes the welding current thru the ball bearings, and sparking on the ball surfaces as it goes. Is that ok, or am I missing something? I noticed when you weld you leave your arms uncovered. I get welder-flash really bad when I do that.

should weld a piece bar of the head of your locking bolts so you don't have to grab a spanner to lock it up every time you adjust the table. just a thought. table looks mint though :)
