Hello, everybody! Christmas is fast approaching and I'm here to share another recipe that can be prepared for this year's Noche Buena! My daughter Julia will be helping me out as we cook Pasta Telefono!
Ingredients for PASTA TELEFONO:
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 tbsp onion
- sugar
- 1 cup of all purpose cream
- salt and pepper
- chili flakes (optional)
- penne pasta
- Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil
- mozzarella
- parmesan
- 1 chicken cube
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- pasta water

Thank you so much for this recipe. I just cooked it and my husband loved it. I added mushrooms and fresh tomatoes and of course lots of chilli flakes as mentioned by Julia. I also used rigatoni instead of penne and the pasta held the sauce well.It was delish! Thanks again!!!
