I reckon Melissa would definitely recommend the Soph palettes from makeup revolution! Both the original and the 'extra spice' one. I own them too and can vouch for the quality and range of colours :) if you just want lots of bright colours then go for the Morphe 35b - £23 and all the colour you could want 😊

@@fattychoccieThanks for your recommendation!! I wanted the 35B palette but I thought Morphe discontinued it before they came out with the James Charles one. I bought both the Sophx palettes cause Missa raves about them so much and honestly I love them too!! Especially the Extra Spice one!! But I wanted a kinda rainbow-ish palette just so i can use a bit of blues, greens purples pinks and colours I generally don't use. Just a fun kinda palette for occasional colourful looks.

I've had issues with palettes doing this before, I was getting the brush too wet and it wasn't a great palette. So if the quality is fine, it's probably just the brush being too wet.

I love the palette it's super bright lasts all day with the white cut crease or freedom concealer the best (for my eyes anyway) the morphe 35b colourful one blends better but great bargain palette for me. The gold prestige base is amazing so I don't know if that's the difference it needs as I always use that first but it's mega priced?!

It could have been the primark setting spray because i had the same issue with a few palettes with the setting spray, dont get me wrong the spray is great for making my skin look more dewy and hydrated but its just not my favourite for making shimmers pop x

I love the color combo! I’ve had issues with purple or red shades certain ones not sticking to my lower last line. Sometimes is cause of allergies but sometimes the color does it. I’ve noticed it more with too Faced shades. I get so mad with patchy shades lol. Isn’t this palette vegan? Maybe it’s the formula to make it that’s being different than there other palettes. And my guess with the patchiness would be maybe you got the shadow too wet? I notice when I really wet certain shadows and layer them up, they will flake off on my eyes like that too. And I also have crease-y lids.

its disappointing how similar the red pink and orange all are on your eyes! ive never had that problem before with revolution eyeshadows so maybe theyre just duds :/
