might consider centering the column data instead of left justifying it. or right justify both the column header and the data. 6:55 you can see how far off the data is from the labels, it's... sub-optimal. ;-) 3d carving coming in oct?

the top soldermask seems to be off quite a bit, at least 1-3mm .. any idea why? =)

and some of the traces on the bottom side are looking at some sections way to thin somehow :)

Yes, This PCB was just as an example, trace thicknesses can be changed by in the PCB design software, or by just changing the tool itself.

This machine needed some laser offset calibration.

@@Makera thanks for your quick reply! yeah I know, but I ment that it looks like that some of the traces were milled wrong. cant post an image here, but its around 43:49.. the traces within the area where much of the copper is removed. the "streight" part seems way thinner then the rest of those traces :) seems like that for this area the bigger mill was used, dueto the bigger areas to be removed.. but somehow it got to close to the traces

The Makera PCB kit comes with it, or you can buy the same product online. Look for UVH900-WY White.

This program seems incapable of opening Gerbers properly. They come in missing lines. Features come in as blocks and there is no way to explode them into individual lines. These are files generated from Altium. Files converted with PCB2DXF are also a mess!

Most files we have tested works fine on the latest version of the CAM. Please email us your file to [e-mail] so we can do some tests on it.
