Thank you for sharing the pictures of your grandma! She was so pretty!! I miss my grandma too. I actually have an afghan that she started in the 60's. I am slowly working on finishing it. You are so creative Amie! I love the dragon bookmarks! I would love to get the pattern for the green leaf you are attaching to the green dragon. Is there a pattern on line? I too wish we could sit and chat while working on our crochet projects.

My thoughts when you mentioned wings, I think bat wing patterns could have worked.

Mushu was Mulan's dragon. I had a conure with that name. I was thinking the dragon scales stitch would look awesome, but might be too thick. Holly leaves might work for the green dragon wings.

@@GabbingGrammy holly leaves would have a lacy structure... i will look. The scales were way too thick. But very pretty in the variegated greens
