At some point it’s just impossible to ignore a performer who is drawing 70K+ crowds and consistently making it into the top 40, etc. charts considering that Louis is pretty much doing it on his own with near complete radio silence in comparison to artists of similar caliber whose music gets official reviews and radio push. Dude’s literally surprised the fandom- and if we are to believe social media posts from his band- and his own bandmates by dropping a surprise live album with near zero advertising. So, yeah, commercial success speaks, and Forbes has to eat crow and admit the phenomenon is real. There are hyped up artists, and then there’s Louis Tomlinson building his following ground-up since he was eighteen by being both himself and very strategic business savvy status quo disruptor. I think Louis will be asked to headline festivals next year. I hope he gets top billing at Leeds and Glastonbury too. Mexico is willing to have him anywhere, anytime. So is most of Latin America, but he deserves at home laurels too. His fandom is still predominantly women, which is fine as girls/gays/theys drive cultural shifts, but his music has an appeal for both guys and gals, so, hopefully, as more heterosexual men show up to his shows, UK specifically and the world at large will give Louis all the laurels/flowers he has earned. I mean it in terms of people in UK being able to quickly name him as one of theirs most successful exports and also a shift where celebrity/social news pages will cover his success, etc. the way they do Charli, Dua, H, instead of pretending Louis’ fans aren’t there. No Control fandom project proved his popularity is real, and a decade later it’s literally just growing. It’s one thing to break records on twitter, but to have fans who camp out or a record that unseated Taylor Swift on LatAm charts is actual money. If I were an organizer, I’d be cupping his balls and sucking his dick, begging him to perform. I genuinely think an LT/Oasis collab could bridge Gen X 90s nostalgia and Gen Z audience.

Thank you. 2 videos. I can't seem to start my day without you. Louis is amazing and so deserving. I hope the festival goes well and Louis and his fans stay safe and have a great time. Can't wait to see the results. It is sad that it's coming to an end. But Louis really needs a rest. Hopefully, he will spend some time with family, including Harry. Is Harry going to drop new music and tour it, or are they both just gonna spend time together before it all starts again. As much as I want to see it all, I hope they both disappear for a while. @@Musy1111 it's so exciting. My friend bought a new car and she said it has a CD player so I can bring some of my CDs. I said you know what is going on first. She said oh I know. I listened to Walls album on the way to her house. Also I went to a 'Most Haunted ' show (it's a TV ghost hunting show in the UK) at a theater in Dunfermline last night with my friend (her thing, I think it's nonsense) and one of the things that was showing on the screen said Harry (can't remember the last name) and Larry on the same page. I am a bit drunk typing this. I hope it makes sense. I typed it and deleted the wrong word a few times. Happy

Have you guys noticed that there will be a little 1D reunion this weekend? Both Luis and Niall are going to play at the same festivals in Berlin and Munich, only on different days - so that 1D fans will have to buy a two-day-ticket and shoudn't put hopes on seeing the two together on stage...but still...the guys will surely meet in one city or the other to say "Hi" and maybe talk about a a real reunion next year...Anyway, lots of 1D fans will be at these festivals and the media have noticed the "coincidence" too. As to Liam, I feel sorry for him like most people here because he seems to struggle with so many things. But I also think that at the age of 31 and with all the experience he has got, he should try to make better decisions for his career. The snapchat stories don't promote his music and they are not even well-made. All the best to him.
