Fax also SLC and most of the cities that surround it are considered to be a melting pot to the point where you’ll see all kinds of people: white, black, Hispanic, Polynesian, Asian, etc. I myself am an East African and we do have a big community here. And it’s not heavily populated here to the point where it becomes insufferable; downtown SLC is the most populated but it only gets a little crazy around rush hour (even then it’s not too bad).

Like all cities no matter the size are gonna have good parts and bad parts but I feel like frammingham isn’t that expensive in the grand scheme of things. And Amherst is a huge college town so ofc it’s expensive but that’s probably the only place like that in western mass, the rest of it is like rural towns with great scenery and good food.

Washington is the best state hands down. I grew up in Utah my whole life it’s certainly not a bad place to live but no way it’s number 1. Everyone is LDS which there’s nothing wrong with people believing in and expressing their religious opinions but in Utah people are religious almost to a fault which leads to people being extremely judgmental and unaccepting of outsiders.

I live in Vancouver, WA. The summers here are the best. Far enough from Portland downtown close enough to PDX. The Columbia river is gorgeous. Trails and lakes everywhere. Hawaii is 5 hours away and can catch non stop flights. Canada is nice to VISIT. SEA and PDX used to be the best cities to eat at now your car can break into and that can just ruin your month.
