By far my favorite Starscream ever. Also the only Starscream who isn't a complete coward. He he absorbed the spark of Primus twice. Fought Galvatron and kicked he ass for the most part.

I really like Galaxy Force Starscream because: 1) He's more cunning 2) Helluva lot of determination 3) was THAT close in one-upping Master Megatron/Galvatron in ruling the universe compared to his G1 counterpart and almost got away with it 4) That sexy voice

You're referring to the original Cybertron Starscream released in 2005. That figure's transformation was much simpler than this. In addition, it had an inferior paintjob, wonky proportions, and limited articulation. The Maketoys version is a different mold entirely.

I love the figure and Maketoys did a good job with this Starscream. I kept mine in his vehicle mode, just really dig that space fighter design. Oh, and that end skit was killer lol.

I'm pleasantly surprised to see third party updates to Unicron Trilogy figures. While I never watched Cybertron (mainly because of the bad taste Energon left in my mouth), it's cool to see them getting some love. Though, I personally would love to see some third party masterpiece style figures for the Armada characters (at least for Optimus, Jetfire, Megatron, Starscream, Hotshot, SideWays, and Tidal Wave)

I've seen Cybertron all the way through twice, Energon once, but not Armada. I've started it a few times, but I just can't get passed the first few episodes. I don't know if it's the animation or what, but there's something I don't like about it.

As a Cybertron fan, I love the look of this guy and I want to get him someday. As for your question though, there is an audience for MP figures that aren't G1 figures. It's small, its growing, but its small. The main reason for it though is that if you step back, what parts of the franchise get the most representation in terms of figures, both official and 3P. Kinda makes it look like the series had a big dead zone, doesn't it?

In a way, I kinda like how the legs are, from the looks of it, pretty easy but the arms are more complex. I honestly think that more figures could be done like that. I have an idea for something similar for Rescue Bots Heatwave, though it would be a Reveal the Shield version.

I think i would dispute wether he has VHS or not... After all, its only the top and the colour matching the rest of the surrounding area means it blends in will enough. It cerainly isnt distracting from the design unlike REAL VHS tends to be.

I wouldn't know it was the head without you saying something. nice looking toy. and a jet transformer that isn't the classic jet-former style of a robot with a jet on it's back. haha. that is a HUGE Starscream. I am thinking the key was to use the blades, they just removed the mechanism to make it easier to build it. thanks for the review and the great skit. I so hope I can subtly have my fiancé get my one for a Christmas gift

not to be rude emgo but megatron was transformed wrong. the two "cape" pieces are supposed to go the other way like in the show. i've seen so many reviews and no one has gotten it 😂 i did a review on him my first one actually if you wanted to see how he's supposed to be transformed. also you should review him you reviewed prime but not megs lol but yet another great vid keep it up man hope all is well

Shame about the forward and back leg ratchets. The ones on mine seem to work quite a bit better. And no, I don't think anyone asked for this and that's why it was almost cancelled for the full release. However, things like this are almost exactly what I've been wanting out of third party companies. Most just do the same old things that Has/Tak and every other company seem to be doing. However this figure is a refreshing taste of something different. That being said though, I don't think I'll be getting the Thundercracker or Skywarp recolors if they go ahead with them. While I'm all for completing seeker trios, this and Energon Starscreams are mainly one offs not counting random Botcon redecos. At least to me anyway. That and the price for another two is a turn off. I'm good with just Starscream at this price. Besides, TC and SW were different molds in Cybertron. I just wish that DX9's new line of beast formers wasn't seemingly so expensive. I'd have gotten quite a few had they been in the $60-$80 range, smaller and no die-cast. It's too big a gamble at the price that Hot Rod preorder is at for things nobody asked for or for things that have no basis in any lore. I love the designs and want them, just not for that price.
