@@Sam123QU29 Basically when any judge, especially JJ is making a firm point about how dumb one party is being, the last thing they want to hear is someone try to insert themselves unnecessarily Judge was in the midst of solidifying her reason for siding with the plaintiff, so plaintiff’s +1 had absolutely zero reason to try and interject. He probably meant well and thought that what he had to say would put the nail in the coffin on the defendant, but the nails were already hammered down, welded and then welded again Again I’m sure he meant well, but still. At least he was quick to listen to Judy when she addressed him 😅
