WEAR TEST: This wears beautifully all day - I've worn it every day since I received it for up to 10 hours. Despite the luminous coverage, it never became sticky, tacky, or greasy on my face. No hair sticking to my face. If you're very oily you could try setting it with a bit of translucent powder or powder bronzer, but that wasn't necessary for me. Because it's a sheer product to begin with, it fades gracefully and doesn't leave any patchiness on the skin throughout the day. I love that this is basically a one and done cheek product.

This product has been the biggest surprise for me and how much I LOVE it. Haven’t reached for another bronzing product once besides maybe finishing off with a powder bronzer. Perfect for summer I love the glow it gives and ease of use.

This has become one of my favorite products and it perfect for Summer. I love how sheer and light it is and you can't really over-apply. It wears so well. I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered it, but it has really surprised me. I continue to be impressed with the Makeup By Mario line.

Also do you use the Westman Atelier Truffle as a bronzer and have you shown it in any other video? I was very curious about that one after receiving a sample of the Biscuit shade and loving the texture of it.

I have Truffle and use it as contour! I'm not sure I've filmed with it but it's a great cream contour.

Your skin tone is similar to mine so this was super helpful. I have the Saie cream bronzer and find it pulls very warm and sunburnt on my skin. Torn between trying the shade you have in the Mario product or the light medium for something possibly more contouring!

Yes, the Saie pulls super warm on me too. I bet light medium would be a good contour option! Medium is still warm, though not orangey.

I sincerely appreciate this review, Bekah! Eloquent, straight to the point, and relatable. Immediate subscriber here since it seems we have similar preferences. (And hopefully, I can learn a lot more with your content as someone starting her foray into makeup in her late twenties, lol). If I may, I have two questions: 1) I've been eyeing both the SoftSculpt Transforming Skin Enhancer and the SoftSculpt Shaping Stick. The tester consistencies felt very similar to the touch when I swatched them on my arm. Apart from the compact vs. stick packaging, would you say there are any notable differences between the two? 2) Would this be suitable for someone who doesn't wear higher coverage foundation? I find myself reaching for light, but buildable coverage tinted moisturizers (Fenty Beauty's Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint in shade 03 is my current favorite), and am crossing my fingers that this SoftSculpt in Light Medium may not be too excessive, as I do prefer the neutral coloration and formula of Makeup by Mario vs. Fenty's Match Stix. I haven't been very satisfied with other options, as they tend to pronounce the yellow/orange tones more than I'd like. Thank you so much!

Hi, so glad you found this helpful! I haven't tried the Shaping Stick but my sense from swatching both is that the shaping stick is more pigmented and specifically for contouring. That means the shades will likely be cooler or more neutral-toned and set to a matte finish. The Skin Enhancer is much warmer toned and has a dewy, radiant finish. I think the Skin Enhancer is perfect for you if you don't wear high coverage because it's sheer and has a more skin-like finish. I definitely reach for it for a natural look!

I have oily skin and this doesn’t break up on me! But if you’re looking for a more matte finish, the persona cream bronzer is a great choice and wears for a really long time.
