I would like to thank everyone in the FB group (if you aren’t a member, you should be) for your support. I have two rare cancers with no cure, a rare neuromuscular disease and other medical issues. Medicare doesn’t hardly pay for anything and will not cover some of the medications needed to keep me stable. My FB family sent me lots of love and support. Thank you to those who contributed to the fundraiser my friend made and those who reached out to me privately. All of you mean so much to me. I still have a long way to go but you have truly helped me. ❤❤❤

I get quite annoyed that there are so many rules and trends telling people how and what to wear. I am in my 50s, so I am at the age where I don't give a damn. I wear shimmer and sparkles on my eyes to go to any appointment at any time of day. I experiment with my makeup and clothes. Sometimes I'm sure people think I am weird, but I love it. I feel beautiful, and that makes me happy. There are no rules. There is no rule that says you can't wear sparkle in the daytime, loads of blush, or no blush. We need to start setting a better example for the generations to come. I worry for my grandchildren being told they are too fat, too thin, too tall, or too short, and what they can and can't wear; it's very sad.

I can relate to a certain extent , I have a rare neuromuscular disease and so much more . Luckily for ne the health system in Australia is good and free . I'm currently receiving fortnightly privigen infusions , Rituximab infusions and monthly plasma exchange . All for free . I am sending you my love and healing thoughts , also plenty of strength to fight your battle hoping you get moments of joy amongst the everthing you go through .

I learn something every time I watch!! Number One--don't take each product so "seriously"...for example, if your foundation is too light, just gently bronze it up!! Products can always been used in many different ways...just go back to having fun and mixing things up!! It's helping so much to love new things, and use the products I already have!

I am so thankful that I found you! I went on a hunt for some new foundations after my beloved Stilla Hide and Cheek Holy Grail was discontinued. I bought six bottles of the stuff and I finally used the last of it which caused me to research a foundation to replace it. Thus, I found you on You Tube! I bought several of your recommendations! What a blessing! You and I seem to be an exact color match, although I'm much older (60). I have bought several foundations that you wear and recommend and they match me perfect! You are now my Holy Grail KZbin influencer! LOL Anyhow, I'm going to try the Tir Tir. I noticed when you first tried it you bought a shade that was too dark. I thought that 24 W might have been be a good match. But, I've been waiting to see if you found a better color match since you first tried it. So 23N it is. I am late to the party, but.... I just adore you and your makeup style. Even though I am 63, I always wear makeup and SpF because I train and compete on horses. Makeup has saved my skin so far. I have never burned out in the sun when I have makeup on. Sometimes I am out all day and I am a natural redhead. 👩🏻‍🦰 I have learned so much from you! So glad to find this live. After 26 years in humid Houston, I “retired” to simi-arid Central Mexico at 6600 feet above sea level. This meant all new make-up as I went from oily to dry skin almost over night (aging hasn’t helped either.) You have been an amazing guide. Many thanks!!!

Can you do a full face of makeup from your ultimates guide, like the ultimate foundation, concealer, blush, etc., maybe even one for the ultimates from Sephora and one for the drugstore ultimates? The silver tirtir is amazing! Soft glow, so more dry friendly. Even though there is only 3 shades, the darkest is perfect, and I am 24n in the red.

I love love love your comments on what's in style, what's out of style, etc. I think trends are amazing in that we get to pick and choose what we want to do and what we don't want to do. Want a heavy blush look? Do it. Happy Clown makeup? That's every day for me. We wear makeup for ourselves and add you said, if it makes us happy that's what matters!

Nikki talked about tubing mascara a little while ago and it is a game changer! I have been living like a raccoon for years, but Tubing is everything. No flaking no smudging, its perfection! I've tried a few and my favourite so far is the ELF Lash Xntdr. I got it on Amazon, very inexpensive.

Hi Nikki! I'm a trained color analyst and Im sure U R a winter. Cool colors looks so good on U and blend more into ur skin than warm tones and u definatly have a bright coloration just look how u shine with the bright red! If someone dyes their hair black and it looks super hamonious, u know for sure that that person is a winter, they are the only ones who can do that. So u have a cool undertone but a warm/olive overtone. The overtone is the tone of the skin u can see with the bare eye, that what ur matching ur foundation with. Ur undertone is helpful for all the other colors, like eyeshadow, lips, hair and clothing. I dont like to see color seasons as a rule its rather knowing how to shine most! Hope i could help u! I also have similar mascara challenges to Angela: For reference, I’ve found best results but not perfect or ideal by covering my eye area and spray set my face in stages. Also adding powder to the lashes before. After didn’t see better results. Setting, my under eye also has shown limited benefit as I have seen the same kind of crumbling and smudging with various brand new mascaras on bone dry skin. I also struggle with any eyeliner in the waterline and so thought maybe I just have very oily eyes and it’s disrupting my mascara. I have tried within the last year, the following: YSL Lash Clash Lancome idole lash Benefit badgal bang Bobbi brown Smokey eye Caliray come hell or Highwater tubing Lancome monsiure big Too faced better than sex Too faced damn girl Charlotte tilbury push up lashes Clinique high impact Freck rocket mascara Dior show (a mistake its always crumbed after the 2009 reformulation)

Tubing mascara is the solution. I've tried a couple, Loreal, ELF Lash Roller and Panda Eyes, but ELF Lash Xtndr is my fave so far. I dont know why they dont advertise that mascara is tubing, but I saw a Milani one and Kendall Jenner is promoting a new Panoramic one at the drug store.
