I wouldn’t feel like you had to get rid of something if you don’t support a brand. You could simply not feature the brand on your channel. However, I understand your position. I ended up parting ways with products from brands that I didn’t support. Every time I tried to use the product, it didn’t make me happy. I pushed it back into the drawer and used another brand. It became apparent that I needed to declutter these products because I wasn’t going to use them.

I have stuff from Lime Crime...you can like the products without aligning with the owner of the brand. I have memories attached to certain products...I bought the big Emily Edit palette from Makeup Revolution (not saying that there was ever anything wrong with Emily or Makeup Revolution). You already spent the money and rather than add one more product in the landfill, it's more practical to keep it. It's makeup, it's not that serious. California is getting so strict that certain products need to be disposed the same way hazardous chemicals like paint and oil are disposed of

i kept the thirsty palette which definitely won’t go anywhere, it’s still my favourite palette of his to date! the other two i passed along to someone else and they are happily using them 😊🫶🏻

@@beccasharp101 tbh i still think about the graveyard girl x tarte palette from years ago that i eventually decluttered because it was old and i REALLY don’t want the same thing to happen with this one 😂 it’s just so pretty 🥹
