I'm OBSESSED with the laneige lip masks. I have 4 of the large jars of different flavors, and two small ones and five of the small tubes that are like lip gloss😂😂😂😂

I haven't tried the glosses since I'm also obsessed with the Lip Sleeping Mask. I've been using it for over 8 years, and I always have a pot on hand. It's just the best!

Okay, I’ve seen other commenters say this but I feel the need to repeat it. Lansinoh lanolin nipple cream is actually incredible. It feels like a lightweight lip oil with the slightest hint of a greasy feel. No stickiness whatsoever, no clagging between the lips, just comfortable moisture from a tube massive enough to last years. My only concern with it is that it’s a “natural” product with no preservatives, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend keeping it for years. Other than that, I def recommend it. If you’re worried about “smelling the lanolin”, don’t be. This product basically has no scent.

My go to balm that I take with me when I move from room to room is always a Burt's Bees, but I keep another balm of some sort in my purse. Really like the packaging and formula of rare Beauty's original balm, and I'm always happy to have Clinique's Black Honey on hand.

I really like Black Honey, and I used to use Burt's Bees all the time. It's hard to find my favorite one here in my small town. 🤷‍♀️ (The ultra conditioning one with kokum vutter in the silver cap) I know I could order it online, but I frequently forget to do that. I haven't tried the Rare Beauty balm, but I might pick one up with my next Sephora order. Thanks for the recommendations.

I love the lawless and buxom lipglosses bc I like a thick, sticky gloss that stays on but they’re too expensive now. If you know of one similar to lawless, please let me know 💕

I just ordered my first Lawless one. It arrived yesterday but I haven't had time to try it yet. I'll see what the formula is like, and think of what's familiar. My go to lip balms/treatments are glow recipe watermelon lip pop, glow recipe Plum Plump Hyaluronic Acid Lip Gloss Balm, sweet chef sugarcane + vitamin e lip sleeping mask. My current lip glosses are tower 28 in the shade chill & Romand dewy•ful water tint in the shade, 06 Thulian. Still testing out Dr. PAWPAW Overnight Lip Mask & my recent purchase of Merit Shade Slick Classics Tinted Lip Oil in the shade pink beet. This category is my absolute favorite 💕 next to blush 🤭

I like the merit lip oils. (original) I haven't tried any glow recipe lip products. I haven't been a fan of the skincare, so I stopped purchasing from the brand several years back. There's a lot I haven't tried. I just picked up some Ro&nd glasting melting lip balms to try. 🤞

I usually stick to just their lip products. Sweet chef is their sister brand that is also on the less pricey side. Ooooo, I’m excited to hear about the romand lip products!!

What I use at night is the Fresh Lip Balm stick in Honey. I like this product. Very OG. I tried the tinted Naturium Balm that everyone went nuts about. I did not enjoy it. I did not like the metal tip applicator. It came out too messy.

I haven't tried the Natruium balm that's been so hyped because I've been over purchasing lip products all this year. I'm up to my eye balls in all sorts of products. I'll have to re-try the Fresh balm. it's been a long time since I tried it. Is it the Sugar Balms that are in the metal tube? Those always seem to break on me, and I end up with product all over the inside of the tube.

Finally when Sephora started carrying that Glossier balm and I bought one cause you raved about them like forever then they go change the formula, it’s ok but I can get the same thing at the drugstore, I wanted the lanolin in it.😢

That Make Beauty serum balm goes SO UNBELIEVABLY FAST. It’s the most incredible feeling and I loved it and I’m so glad I splurged on it, but unless my lips are dying of dehydration I cannot justify spending that kind of money for a full sized lip balm that’s empty within three months. I didn’t even use it every single day (although multiple times on the days that I did wear it).

That said I’ll probably buy it in November or so every year because it’s so good for winter dryness and my lips do get to “dying of dryness” point several times throughout the winter!

That's good to know. I picked mine up in January, but I rotate through my stash. I used it last week and was reminded of how much I love it. It is an expensive product, but it's so good!

Laneige grapefruit is also my fave and I do think it works better than the other flavors but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere online😢 Having said that, the best product I’ve tried for lips happens to be the Lansinoh NIPPLE cream. That idea came from Julia Adams here on KZbin and she is correct. It is perfect and the medical grade lanolin they use has zero scent/taste. It’s made in New Zealand where there are no pesticides or chemicals used so it’s a very clean lanolin. Highly recommend it and it’s $9 for 1.41 ounces. 💜💜💜I forgot to add that the Persona e balm in Manifest that I just purchased does the same thing as your’s which makes me reluctant to use it.👍🏻

I wish the Persona e balm wasn't so soft. It's such a beautiful formula once it blended in, but I don't want to use a finger to do it. 😥 You're the second person to tell me about the nipple cream. I used to use it when I was breastfeeding babies, but that was years ago. In the middle of the night, I'd swipe some in both nips and lips and head back to bed after feeding time. I forgot about it. I love the laneige grapefruit. I've found it on Korean beauty websites. Never at Sephora or other stateside retailers.

Hi! I have like 2-3 nourishing lip products (lip balm or gloss) and I like Essence or Catrice. I really like the glosses from Fenty but I find them expensive for a gloss which lasts 4 months after everyday use. I had one from Maybelline, apparently a dupe, but that plastic "smell/taste" iuuuhhh... I found the shineshineshine from Essence very similar and not sticky. If I have dry lips in winter I use one pot from Dr.Hauschka or I do it myself with pure cocoa butter and I find it great 😊

I've never tried pure cocoa butter. That sounds like a wonderful idea. I haven't tried the essence lip gloss your mentioned, but i might pick one up next time I'm at Ulta. I wish they still carried Catrice. 😥 I love the Fenty gloss. Obviously, with so much gloss, I don't go through it as quickly as you do. I do like that you're getting a lot of product in the Fenty tube. 9ml instead of 5ml in the one from Maybelline. I feel like the formulas are very different. The Fenty one never gets hoppy or stringy, but the Maybelline one does. Add to that the plastic smell, and I'll never buy another one no matter how inexpensive it is. 😐 Thanks so much for watching today.

Try L’Occitane shea butter ultra rich lip balm in the tube.❤❤❤ I use it before makeup and at night. Why does no one talk about the Benifit lip balm. So smooth so pigmented. Not the most nourishing but mega color . I wear them for the shine / color pay off. Great colors the reds are amazing! I love the Dior addict lip balm ❤❤❤ too . Want more colors. Maybelline Lip lifter, and Revlon The Gloss formulas are ❤💋💄 These decluters are great! It makes me feel less guilty about my lipstick,balm,glosses collection. I wear all the ones I have right now. 💋💄💋💄💋💄💋

There's a lot I'm not wearing, so it's good to declutter. My kids are already picking through my pile. 🤣 I never liked the Lifter gloss from Maybelline. The formula and I never got along. It's been a while since I've had a Revlon one. Maybe it's time to check then out again. I don't have the Dior or benefit ones, but I might pick one up. Thanks for watching today!

You are very motivating. I must do the same as you. I like Laneige too but also use Fitglow Beauty night serum for lips. I always watch for a good deal on it. I have seen Laneige at TJMXX on occasion at a good price.

Yes, I tend to pick it up there when I can find it. If not, I'm ordering from a K-beauty website. I love the Laneige Lip sleeping mask. I haven't tried the Fitglow night serum. Do you like it better than the one from Laneige?

The Fitglow night serum is real smooth & silky not as sticky as Laneige in my opinion yet very hydrating.Fitglow night serum will get used up faster than the larger jar of Laneige. It's taking me a long time to finish it. I have also tried the Fitglow lip color serums, however, I think Merit is better. I also like BP lip oils& have some shades you've mentioned.😊

For yrs now at night I have used medela purelan. Its ethically sourced ,no cruelty in collection, which is important to me. Its about $8 a tube last forever bkz so little needed. No fuss. I don't like fragrance in lip stuff bkz of cheilitis . Works wonderfully lasts all night

Thanks for the recommendation. I appreciate it. I was super bummed that Glossier changed their formula. I was so excited when they announced they were coming to Sephora. I only wish they had announced the change to the formula so I could stock up on what I really loved. I still have 3 unopened tubes, and partial tubes all around the house, but . . . surprises no one has mentioned Lanolips yet. It has lanolin and beeswax, especially the night lip mask and the all-purpose ointment.

Lanolips is your gal Alternatively, if you want the BEST repairing lip treatment ever, try nappy cream (Bepanthen) or tattoo healing cream. Literally repairs overnight. You can't get tinted versions though, for obvious reasons lol

I saw Lanolips, but I was hoping for something that was less expensive than the $12 price of Balm Dot Com. (I think it's up to $14 now that they're in Sephora 😬) I'll probably end up trying it out anyway. I wanted something that I could have multiples of all over the house like I currently do without breaking the bank. Perhaps what I need is two really reparative tubes of lip balm, and I never lose them. I'd also have to be willing to get up and walk to another part of the house to use it. I think the days of inexpensive but perfect lip balms is over. (it has been due a long time, but I didn't want to admit it.) Even $12 a tube was a lot. 💸 Thanks for watching. I might actually pick up the tattoo cream. Sounds interesting.

Nipple cream is like $8 for a lot of product- the one in the purple tube. Very similar formula to Lanolips. Not cosmetically elegant bc it’s for nipples but it is amazing as an overnight treatment.

In case it’s not clear, the nipple cream is for breastfeeding so totally safe for the lips. Called Lanisoh (and you can use your FSA funds).

@@michellelee4536 i used to use it when I was breastfeeding my babies, and would throw it on the lips and nips in the middle of the night after feeding. 😁 I totally forgot about it after I stopped breastfeeding. It would be great for nighttime. I don't love the smell of lanolin, so applying it just before bed and falling sleep would be perfect!

Have you tried lanolips? It has lanolin. I'm not sure about the beeswax though.

I haven't, but I might pitch one to to try. Thankfully Glossier brought back the OG formula for holiday, and I stocked up. I'll keep lanolips in mind with I finally finish all my Balm Dotcom. 😉

The Merit lip oil is in Cara Cara. I feel like I've been swimming in lip products. It's good to start cutting it down.

I agree about the Lisa Eldridge lip glosses... LOVE the colours and formula but the packaging is a fail. I can't get the last 1/3 of product out of the bottom of the tube and the doe foot is too small.

Oh, I'm sorry you're not loving them either. I'm trying to love them, and have put them in rotation for this coming month. I'll see if I can finally figure out the doe foot. I haven't ever gotten close to the bottom of the tube, so I don't know. Have you pulled the stopper out? I usually do that when I get close to finishing any gloss.

I never wear Lip Balm during the day 😬 I have 3 or 4 from PMG 😅 (went to check now and they are 8 🙈 but I almost never wear them unless I'm out in the motorbike races 🤷🏼‍♀️ but the ones I use daily (at night) are Laneige, Bali Balm (love it, it smells and tastes to cinnamon and burnt orange) and a Collagenist Lip Zoom from Helena Rubinstein Lip Glosses the same, never wear them unless I've my hair up when I go to a party😬 have a few from Fenty, PMG and LE 🙈 Funny cause the reason I don't like Lip Balm and lip glosses it's cause usually they are sticky and I never liked sticky things 😂😂😂

I feel like lip glosses and balms have come along way. They're not as sticky as they used to be when I started wearing them in the early 80s. That's okay, we all have our preferences. I love a gloss, or a balm. It's my favorite, easy to reapply lip product for a work day under my mask. That's why I have so many.

No, not like cherry, but it does have a sweet smell. (Well I should say it doesn't smell like cherries to me.) It doesn't taste like much. 🤷‍♀️

Yes. 😭 The new formula is vegan. I don't mind that it's vegan, but wish they had kept the original formula and created a vegan option instead.
