Bought new makeup too! Bought mine at Ulta. The lady, who was helping me, was very helpful. She recommended brands, foundations, lipsticks and more. She told me the days she works there so that next time I’m there, which I will definitely, to look for her in case I need any help finding something. Next time I’m at Ulta, I’m definitely going to look for her in case I need help finding something. She was very nice and helpful. She was doing my makeup there and asking about my skincare and makeup routine. I try to keep them minimal since I like to use as few products as possible whenever I’m out and about. Everyday makeup routine is natural and minimal except when I’m going somewhere (like a convention, holiday; Halloween, etc) then I go all out with makeup. When she was doing my makeup, she showed different brands and their makeup products. I told her I like to look natural when I’m wearing makeup and neutral or pale pink lipsticks. For me, foundation is hard to find since my natural skin color is fair to light. She used Clinique for foundation when I was getting a makeover and Tarte lipstick for a light pink lipstick. I have rosacea on my cheeks so I like to use as little blush as possible or at least a natural looking blush. She used Clinique for my blush. Bought the products she used and recommended since I’m not that familiar with what kind of makeup to use for my complexion and everyday makeup routine. It cost a lot but I know that I’ll definitely be using everything. If you’re not used to makeup, starting out, or want to know what products to get, I recommend getting a makeover at Ulta or asking one of their makeup artists for help. They’re very nice, kind, and informative. They’re hair stylists and eyebrow people are helpful too. Whenever I get my hair done, I go to Ulta for a blowout and trim. Sometimes a haircut too. I got my eyebrows done there the other day and love them. They turned out soo good, I think personally. They’re waxed and shaped. My lips too (since I have that genetic). 😂 🤣 😆 I got recommended to try Sol de Janeiro #40 body spray. Didn’t buy any but I’m thinking of buying some next time I’m at Ulta (which will be August 16, my birthday) along with some of the Nailtopia Disney collection nail polishes. Have the villains but missing the princesses. Tried Ursula a few weeks ago and it’s still staying on (haven’t taken it off yet and it’s chipping but minus the chipping it’s a pretty color. Great for Fall & Winter).
