Laura Gellar powder foundation has talc as its main ingredient, where talc is mined asbestos is mined also . A leading doctor stated women were dying from rare cancers they’re lifestyle alone would not have exposed them to . I bought Laura Gellar balance and glow from QVC because the presenter claimed it was not a powder but a baked liquid she still says that on QVC Uk presently yet when I received it I was very surprised to see talc way up there on the ingredients. I have asked if they’re talc is tested fir asbestos and neither QVC , or Alison young have responded

Try it and when you apply it, open the brush all the way. That will give you very sheer coverage. It's seriously such an effortless way to get ready that makes a difference but doesn't feel like too much on the skin. It's a great product.

I have to tell you shocked me twice in this video! 😂😮 First was using the Skinceuticals under eye cream! 😂😂 I don’t know why but I guess I didn’t expect you to use something this high priced-and I’m not complaining! ❤ Skinceuticals has some amazing products! I can’t remember if I have tried this one or not. I was using several products from this brand a few years ago but had to stop bc my skin is too sensitive. The second shock was the powder foundation, of course! I used to use Bare Minerals years and years ago and I loved it! But over the years my skin has just become way way too dry. I loved using a powder foundation bc I could do it SO fast! I wonder how this one works with dry skin!? Got2B Glue has an eyebrow gel available too! I have it and often use it to tame flyaways/baby hair around my face! Your tips are awesome! If you’re open to sharing, will you tell us what made you decide to laser off your natural brow hair? The Laura Geller Foundation starts it’s life as creams that are baked into a powder… so it’s not drying at all! I Love It! My New Obsession! And I believe as far as her brows, years ago she had her brows permanently done like tattoos or something… and that’s actually what she is having removed by laser. I hope that helps🥰

Hey! Yes, I agree - Skinceuticals is pricey! I am SO DEDICATED to my skincare now as I am getting closer and closer to 40 that I invest in it no matter what. As for the powder foundation, it is SO GOOD and totally works on dryer skin. It's actually very different than bare minerals because it is a baked cream. If you decide to try it for yourself, make sure to apply a good layer of your moisturizer, let it absorb first and then use it. It doesn't give a lot of coverage but it is fast and effective in creating a sheer-medium coverage daytime look. Also - I am getting my eyebrow tattoo lasered off. Not my brow hairs. That video will be coming out soon.

I agree Laura Gellar powder foundation gives a wonderful look to the skin but if you check the ingredients talc is one of the main ones . Where talc is mined so is asbestos and although I have asked if they can assure me they’re talc is tested for asbestos I received no reply . Thanks for the comment Sandra! Girl...coming from someone who HATES powder foundation with a passion....I was impressed! It's actually a great product. It will not give you a ton of coverage but if you are looking for a weightless and sheer finish that evens out the skin very quickly, it's great! I've been reaching for it everyday lately since I have young kids and I have a total of 5 minutes from start to finish to put myself together in the morning.

First -I love your channel! But I am so confused by this video. This is suppose to be minimal, fast , etc … how is that even possible using all these different products? Please please - can’t you offer a truly 10 minute “ out the door “ look that is acceptable? * the same product could be used for different issues! This look is right up my alley, looks so fresh on you. I've gotten into lifting/perming my lashes at home and tinting them plus a slight brow lamination at home. Hey Sarah! There are so many products on the market and so many of them are amazing! I purposefully try to not repeat my products too much because I feel like people would get bored of seeing the same thing over and over again. Which of the products that you bought are your favourite so far? Remember that makeup is an art form. There is no wrong and right and you can mix up products and use them in varying different ways for varying different looks. I have SO MUCH MAKEUP (its absolutely insane) and everyday I am grabbing different things for different reasons. Have fun with it! Makeup isn't and shouldn't be serious. The only thing I don't switch up a lot is my skincare.

Upon re-reading my comment, I realized I forgot the entire reason I had for commenting - I meant to ask which products for aging skin are your absolute, top, must-haves (and for whatever reason, just forgot) for aging skin - the ones that are almost non-negotiable (even though oc I know everyone's skin responds differently) I really appreciate everything you do and especially how you are inclusive of older women. Sometimes after a certain age, it's almost like we become either invisible or irrelevant to society. The laser was a removal for the pigment that I had tattooed in. It was not laser hair removal. It was tattoo pigment removal.

I am Indian and I love Vasanti!! Indian women traditionally suffer from dark under eye circles. Vasanti is an Indian-owned brand that feels our pain. The VO2 concealer is a miracle for me! I have the Lotus Brightening Powder, but don't feel as strongly about it. It's good, but I feel like my Maybelline Fit Me powder is fine too.

They always say things like “us brown girls” in the emails they send me. But I’m Latina with European descent. Lol! Regardless, the products work for me and they’re great. I LOVE this video. I'm 46 and haven't updated my makeup for decades! I bought many of the products and feel so polished and youthful without having too much makeup on. THANK YOU! I LOVE this video! I use the same sunscreen with same Lara Geller foundation. I am not a huge fan of the Super goop sunscreen bc I look like the tin man, but a little Lara Geller foundation over top and i’m good to go. I am also so glad you did not add bronzer or highlighter - I never use those and feel i’m being old and frumpy… but if you can do it, I can do it. 😉. I also use eyeliner (a little on outer corners blended out and some tightlining) instead of eyeshadow. Thank you for validating/confirming I am on the right track. BTW, everyday is a 10 minute makeup day for me. 😂

I put make up on, and it looks like I did nothing, it’s maddening. I’m 57 and rarely wore make up when younger but my face is looking bad lately ( brown spots) I don’t know where to put the blush I have very high cheekbones with small eyes (that are sensitive) so I can’t put mascara on it comes off with in 1 hour my eyes tear up with a big gust of wind. Start with a super hydrated base! For a dehydrated skin type, you should apply a serum, sunscreen, moisturizer, and eye cream first. Wait for it to absorb for 5 minutes and then go in with your powder foundation. Also - open the brush up more so it's a sheer wash of color. You can also dust it on top of a liquid foundation if you want to! That adds more steps though and it won't be as quick of an application.

Unfortunately most of these products are way too expensive for me, and some I could not use due to seborrheic dermatitis

I know this is a long shot but I am curious if you have ever done suclptra? your face looks more structured and natural and thats what sculptra is advertised to do but if you somehow achieved this naturally with home care id love to know
