I have the bigger simple human and love it! But i did see the ilios mirror yesterday and also want that one! I'll keep the ilios on my vanity for everyday use, and use the simple human to travel!!

I’ve had a simplehuman mirror since 2016 and it still works great!! Its so old it still uses the micro usb and doesn’t have the cool features like the new ones do. But its definitely a good investment

Got the Simplehuman and just returned it and got the Ilios for my wife. Much more versatile with the 1x/5x, 3 different lighting types, a phone connector for selfies and an actual on/off button. She doesn't move it all over the place as it sits at the vanity. While it's more expensive it does appear to be better value.

Ilios is the one that I ended up keeping as well! Hope your wife is loving yours ^_^

The height on the simplehuman mirror is adjustable. You just pull it up to extend the neck about 6".

Yes the new model has made some improvements! Mine was an old model and did not have this feature unfortunately.

Hello-love your informative reviews! Can you give me the exact size of the illios mirror ? I really want a full size 10x magnifying mirror -not that ridiculous little attachment. For the price, a 10x full mirror option should be available. I’m sure many ring light vanity mirrors are going to flood the market soon. I appreciate your reviews. Thanks again! ❤

So glad to hear that you're enjoying my reviews! The ILIOS mirror measures 21" x 15" x 6.4". For me I've found the 5x mirror has been sufficient!
