Pretty look. I did not know you had any amount of hooded eyes. I have always had. Put the datker shadow up higher really helps. I see so many people gp dpwn on their eyeshadows and lots of people put blush way too low. When i used to have to do bride' s make up( in a spa) I always stressed not wearing blush in the wrong place. My sis and i always say who at this age wants dry lips. I just bought a Maybelline lipstick in that same package and was very happy with it. I think i like it better than my Mac one. Thanks 😊Serena

Thank you !! I really needed your tips. I learned a lot. Especially reference to matt texture. I always chose matt trying to cut down on shine. I thought shine shows wrinkles etc. Trying your suggestion. I can see the lip looks more youthful with a 40 % increase in shine but a more transparent coloring. If that makes sense. Again thank you❤

Thank you for a great video. I am going to try some of your suggestions. I have always used eyeliner upper in 60s- 80s or 90s and then to lower but in my 70s it does seem very heavy. I do not usually wear face make up but always eyeliener and mascara -- even to go the dump!! Clearly, I need to rethink.

Thank you great video just learned a few more great tips from you that I’m going to use. I just recently stopped using mascara on my bottom lashes, and I haven’t used eyeliner down there in years. I just don’t like the look on me, and no matter what I was doing priming setting powder whatever the mascara just seems to end up down there more. Of course this is a newer thing in the last year, but I’ve learned you just got to roll with it and make some adjustments. ❤

No, this isn't an evening work. This is my normal daytime make up look. I did use a moisturizer on my face that contains SPF. You just didn't see that.

Great tips! I have oily skin but I don't care for the matte either. The primer I use is for dy skin but I like having that glow. I agree about the tarte concealer I bought it and only used it twice. I tried the Covergirl makeup before butI can't get over the noxzema smell.I love the Milani blushes! I still haven't tried the L'oreal foundation yet.

Great skincare & makeup video. I love skincare. I use Altreno tretinoin every night which is a rx form. After it sits for a while I go back and do the rest of my nighttime skincare. I use some of the same makeup products as you like the brow pencil, the pore filler primer, etc. Your makeup looks great!!

Great video! The biggest problem I see with makeup is women not blending their eyeshadows out. It should be feathered into almost nothing. Heavy creases look horrible. I love Natasha Denona for concealer. It is the best I have found. As far as powder goes, I have been using Colorscience for over 20 years. I use the Sunforgettable, and it acts as a sunscreen. I don't have to put on any other sunscreen. It is amazing and doesn't settle in fine lines and creases. Also, when putting on makeup, color coordinate. If you are wearing cooler colors, use cool toned blush and shadow. Warm colors, warm blush and shadow shades. It makes a difference. I also coordinate jewelry with it. Silver for cool colors and Gold for warm colors. Also lipstick shades. Pink with pink, red with red and coral with warm or a nude.

I would go to a medical skincare place for either some filler in those lip lines or maybe some type of other skin treatment that can diminish the look of those lines. And use a retinol!

I thought at our age we weren't supposed to use a bronzer? You are extremely lucky to have thick brows. I'm 56, and mine started falling out in my 30s. I would highly twiz them, when I say lightly I'm referring to just between the crease of your eye and the lowest part of my brow and only the dark ones. About once a year I would wax them. I also have severe hooded eyes, not large and open like yours.
