Really enjoyed this video. Yeh, it has been awhile since you have done one of these. You do a good job, of both applying, and explaining everything. I honestly believe, most women, enjoy this type of video. We find ourselves riveted to the whole process, and learning as well.

Voluminous is chefs kiss. I've been using it since my 20s so for about 50 years. Professional makeup artist swear by it. However I got a sample of a Tarte mascara called Man-eater and man it's great too. It has a different applicator which is very small and metal and wow. Lancomb has a great one too called Idole. Btw there was a big family takeover and L'Oreal took over lancombe. L'Oreal also owns a bunch of lines now. Maybelline etc. I went back to my eyebrow pencil Maybelline they are short pencils that are red and you get 2 in a pack and I also bought the old CoverGirl under eye concealer that we used in the 70s. Hey I remember the blue creme eye shadows in the little pots. I'm see it again. I saw Sometimes if I'm just going over to the pool or something I have to pencil in my eyebrows and just use the under eye concealer and just brush on a tad of blush. I use blush on the tip of my nose and lower chin. Just a run out of the house quick trip.I watched Austin City Limits this last Saturday night and Norah Jones was on and she had the green Maybelline creme eyeshadow on. Blast from the past for sure. I never used black eyeliner. My mother used to say that when we put that concealer under our eyes we looked like a raccoon. I saw that there are eyelash curling kits now where you put your eyelashes on a form and then put the product on which is kinda like the hair permanent solution in and when you take off the solution your lashes are curled up and it lasts about a month. It's like a foam form. It looks strange to me. I wear one contact so I don't know. It did work though. I've also used a hair dryer to heat up my eyelash curler which worked too.

I use that Voluminous "waterproof" mascara also. It took me 60 yrs to realize that if I use anything that's not "waterproof" mascara that after using a curler on my lashes that the regular mascara takes the curl out of them!!!!!! Also a tip for those of you that have droopy lashes, heat up your eyelash curler (not real hot) with a hair dryer and it sets the curl better.

L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara is great! Been using it forever. Been around a long time and still a best seller! It came in 4x and 5x volume...great stuff...goes on fast and really enhances my short lashes without much effort. Worth it! Loved the video!

I LOVE Wet and Wild. Been using the Shell Ivory. Buying it for years at CVS with the 40% off coupons I get... it's a steal! Also translucent has always been my go to also. My mom had gorgeous skin...I learned from the best! Milani is an absolute favorite brand of mine too. Great make-up Monday!!

If I may offer two tips; the Refer eyelash curler is the very best. And, yes the left eyelash is always harder to do. I watched a makeup artist one time and she said to close your eye and start with tips first and then go down to the bottom of your lash. This works so good.
