It’s so interesting how noses differ because I barely pick up the liquorice in La Petite Robe Noire. If I did I definitely would have thought it smelled medicinal. I really just pick up cherry and tea.

Oh no! I got youthful with my bottle of Nina Ricci Rose extase no mature scent at all. The rose is behind the fresh berry sweetness and reminds me of Lancôme Midnight rose which is a favorite also. I do not like most rose scents and find them to mature especially if they are powdery. That's unfortunate it didn't work for you, because its one of my top 5 fave fragrances.

Girl licorice scares me too. the only one I have with licorice though is agent provocateur which I love. but i don't like licorice or the smell of anise in real like so im always scared when I see that note...lol but also curious 🤷‍♀️

My SOTD is JPG La Belle Le Parfum. Only sprayed it once to see if it’s a keeper and it’s not. I like it just not for me. My husband likes it. I’m doing some major decluttering myself. Making things in my life less complicated.

@@kriseep I decluttered both. The Vetiver in them was just not appeasing to me. Even the whole scandal line had a masculine touch but I kept all 3 and decluttered A Paris which turned super masculine on my skin.
