Girlllll I thank you so much for this video. After watching the video I ordered the straighten brush the same night on 12/23/19 from Amazon and got it the next day on Christmas eve. I'm natural and love ponytails but it can be difficult to get my thick 4c hair in a cute ponytail without my hair waving up. I used the brush the same day it arrived and that bad boy can get hot. I used it on 355 degrees just for the first time but it really made a difference, my hair looked like a blow out. I'm not worried about heat damage because I will only use it once a month and make sure to use heat protector and make sure my hair is moisturized. Sorry for the long comment but the excitement that this brush brought in my life to help with my ponytails made me feel like a kid in a candy store. Thanks again, from your new subbie!
