Hooray -- a new video, it's like a Christmas miracle! So nice to see your face, but so sorry you've had to deal with all that health stuff. I've struggled with thyroid issues as well and it can be so frustrating and hard to calibrate, but there is light at the end of the tunnel! Even though it might take a while to find the right treatment plan for you, it is out there. Wishing you and yours all the best and have an amazing time in Paris!!

So good to see you back. And I'm sorry you had some health challenges. Glad you took some time for self - care. Not sure if you've read any of his books, but Anthony William has a book on thyroid issues. My naturopathic doctor likes his work. I get headaches and migraines for other reasons and recently developed arthritis (at age 37). Started changing my diet and noticed an improvement right away. Sending you good wishes on your health journey.

I just used that neck brace on a flight from London to Australia. It was really good, so much better than a normal neck pillow. Unfortunately I left it in the airport! Will definitely repurchase.

I travel a ton for my job (disaster response nurse) I'm going to Bangladesh in a day. I've gotten to be quite a pro at packing a bag for a trip, and especially my carry on. Pouches are the trick. You can grab the pouch you need and have everything right there. I always take baby wipes to freshen up, and a toothbrush. And always a ton of books on my Kindle. :)

When I went to Paris with my husband we took a long haul flight. I definitely recommend hydration, hydration, hydration. Water, moisturizer/oil for face, hands, lips, etc. Have fun in Paris! It’s amazing. The food is fantastic. (Non touristy places to eat)

Hope u had a blast in Paris, I loved it. How many days did u go? I would be interested in seeing how u would pack for 9 days with one carry on bag. We recently took a 7 day cruise and I feel like I packed just enough but I had a backpack one big check in bag and an additional carry on. In March we are going to Japan so I’m freaking out over how much to pack because we are going for 9 days and I don’t want to check in a bag 😞

I read your update and would like to say congrats on your trip, that's amazing! Also I was diagnosed with the same thyroid problem 18 years ago....my Dr. started me on a natural thyroid medicine and I take supplements it's very manageable especially if your doctor listen to you.
