Makey Makey First Time Plug-in and Troubleshooting Guide

I recently bought one but when I plug it in, the light up sequence doesn't happen and the makey makey doesn't work. The red power button works though

The light goes green but it doesnt do anything on the computer

Have you tried opening up a notes document and seeing what inputs your Makey Makey is outputting? It might be that your board is remapped to different key presses. Try emailing [e-mail] if that doesn't help!

My makey makey came with the wrong charger..?

Hi @maseyandtheroses , you can email [e-mail], but Makey Makeys don't get charged, they just have a cable to connect to the computer. Just email us and we can see what's going on.
