Makhana ( Foxnuts)Rabdi
Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 20Minutes
Serves - 4
INGREDIENTS
➡️ Makhana - 1/2cups
➡️ Milk - 1 Cup
➡️ Dates - 1/4 cup chopped
➡️ Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
➡️ Ghee/ Oil - 1 tsp
➡️ Mix Dry Fruits - 1 tbsp
Steps
➡️ Heat ghee in a pan. Roast makhanas on low flame until crisp and golden brown. Crush makhana using mixer jar.
➡️ Add milk and let it boil on medium high flame for 3-4 mins.
➡️ Add cardamon powder, makhana and chopped dates. Cook the kheer for 5 mins on low flame.
➡️ Keep stirring continuously.
➡️ Garnish with ghee roasted nuts & Serve cold.
