Former mechanic here sa abroad.. so sa reliability, ok ang ags kasi ginagamit na yan abroad eh.. sa suzuki BALENO ko unang nakita yan nung may nagpa maintenance samin siguro 2yrs ago na din.. ang galing ng ginawa ng suzuki jan.. manual trans sya pero may isang device silang nilagay para magshift ng auto.. sa manual trans, alam nating lahat na mas reliable ito kesa automatic kasi nga walang mga sensors, different kind of oil, oil filters, in short maselan ang auto.. tsaka matagal ng ginagawa to ng mga high end brands.. mga old auto lambo ganyan ang gamit nila na system sa trans nila. Pero ngayon mga dct na.. basta ok yan, reliable and less maintenance.. kaibahan nga lang din pala nyan sa traditional full auto, wala ng Park sa gear shifter yan..

@@iamrussz possible naman sir na palitan na yung buong assembly kung sakaling may masira masi yung device na kinabit or ginagamit nila is nasa labas ng trans. Pero sa case ng suzuki, wala pa naman kami nakikita naging prob simula nung nilabas nila yan 2yrs ago. Mas less hassle ang ags kesa sa traditional na auto kasi wala ka masyado babaklasin kung sakali magkaproblema yung shifting. Kasi yung mismong tranny is manual kaya malamang lang na mabubuksan yan or ibababa kapag palit na ng clutch.. same procedure as manual tranny din kapag may need palitan. Yung ags device lang naman ang concern ng mga consumer kasi nga bago lang to sa public. Suzuki Baleno ng kawork ko 2yrs na din wala naman issue.. same performance, wala nagbago.

Same feeling with our Suzuki Celerio. Kayang puntahan ang napupuntahan ng mga malalaking sasakyan (basta may kalsada) with lesser gas. Mas higit pa sa Baguio na laging tinatanong ng mga titos. Of course hindi kasing pogi ng mga higher end cars pero it gets the job done.

Awewsome vid, Zac. I have an 8 month old Spresso (manual), and looooove it so much. 16km/L sa city. Up to 22km/L sa probinsya. Nakarating na ng Zambales, Pampanga, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon, entire Bicol region including Catanduanes, Samar, and Leyte - hindi ako binigo. Yung 1.0L engine nya kahit literal na maliit ay hindi pala dapat minamaliit; I realized that the Spresso is only at around 720kg kerb weight, kaya sulit ang power-to-weight ratio nya, unlike other 1L engine cars na close to 1 tonne (or more) ang bigat.

Sir may I ask where you bought the manual type. My pop is a big oldie who simply refuses to drive an automatic and the one he is currebnly driving looks like its about to retire. I want to suggest this car to him.

As being a presenter of the new AGS, I recommend to fully focus on the gear shifting without pedal clutch. This is new to drivers who haven't drive a tiptronic. That's my commitment.

Isa sa factors ng cabin noise yung pagpalit ng wide tires or the tire design itself. Nakakatulong din mag add ng door rubber trim. Big D shape. Pati na din yung hood lagyan ng Big D and deadening pads.

The acceleration of up to 100kph could have been a little shorter if you have put the gear to 5th between 50-60kph. But nonetheless, this car is still a great buy. I am considering this as my next car because what's important for me now is the fuel efficiency. Expect natin na pag ang gusto nating kotse is 100kph agad in less than 10 secs malamang mahal yun and at the same time makunsumo sa gas.

Oh i hope u also checked ung AC drain hose underneath they say sa sscph that it needs to be extended. Ung tulo po ata derecho sa isang nut/bolt kya nagkakalawang ata kaya they attached another length of hose para maiwasan ung part na mabasa. Have a nice day sir Zac

I saw on SURPLUS TV, where they sell as the name suggests, SURPLUS SUZUKI MINIVANS. In particular there was this unit with over 100,000+ kilometers and converted from RHD to LHD a model highlighted as an 2015 AGS model. So AGS is not really something new afterall.

You should have tried the celerio it's a bit more better and it has a huge boot . Next time if possible try a 185 mm tyre with an appropriate side profile with a rim width of 7 inch. It will turn well.

Totoo yung sa EASS nitpick, I would love to just have it off completely, don't like it kicking in habang naghihintay sa U-Turn haha. But it is indeed a pretty good car for its price. Hey sir zach, medyo concern lang ako with the panel siguro since its on the middle. For me parang safety issue kasi pag titignan mo yung panel mo need mo pa lumingon dun compare to the traditional panel na you just have to look down. Yun lang medyo bother ako. Just show it to my wife today and shes very convince to get this ags version. Anyway as always a very good review. Thanks

Kayang kaya talaga ng S Presso. Mapa Kennon, Marcos Highway at Naguillian Rd. Tamang mago Oa-gas sa Sison o bago umakyat kasi mahal talaga ang gas sa Baguio. Uma-abot ng 10 pesos ang diperensiya. Tiga Baguio ako at manual ang kinuha ko kasi madalas akyat baba kami at puno lagi pag akyat (5 adults plus mga bagahe). Malakas at matipid talaga.
