지난주에 김장을 했어요. 저희집 김장하는 날, 총 5일간의 기록을 담았습니다, 큰손인 엄마덕에, 금년에 1100kg정도인 550포기의 배추로 김장을 해요. 이렇게 많은 김치를 만들어보기는 처음인데, 엄마와 이모들 덕분에 소중한 경험이 또 생겼어요 ☺ 그럼 재밌게 시청해주세요 🥬 Last week, we made kimchi. I captured the entire five-day process of kimchi-making at our house. Thanks to my mom, who loves doing things on a grand scale, we made kimchi with 550 cabbages, which is about 1,100 kg this year. I love watching how kimchi is prepared in season. This is the magical action of home plants. Last year, I tried to make kimchi myself for the first time. It was quite an interesting new experience. Unfortunately, this year the prices of cabbage have increased a lot and I limited myself to cooking only our traditional sauerkraut.
