How do you keep two sets of triangles from showing their ends after sanding and planing? That or basically having like a flat top on one of the triangle sets?
@Slovenianwoodworker5 жыл бұрын
Not sure if I understand your question correctly. You mean how the triangles have flat top instead of angled/ pointy top? If that's the case ok. Once I glue all ripped pieces also andled ones they have sharp tops. But the more you plane thr board after the more flat will top of the triangles be. So after crosscut you have almost squares instead of sharp triangles.

David Lancaster I'm sorry about your condition man. In the video I'm talking about fev tips and gluing. But you can catch all that just by looking this video. I have plans made and you can find the link to it in the description. The tricky part is gluing because angled pieces can slip when applying force. Just go slowly and place some hold-down stock like I did. Hope you can manage to do it. If you nead any assistance feel free to contact me. Best of luck

Still the same result? Mostly is the design of mashine and quality. You can minimise it by applying little bit the force on the board upwards while is exiting the mashine
