2:19 what the length of rod end , i used 27mm length , its so big for the closer

yes, many are suspicious of plastic for RC's. 3d printed plastic is actually very hard to break. but look at it this way, this is super-easy to maintain, and super-cheap to repair if something breaks :) :)
