@Highline Guitars The solution of the rubber tube instead of the traditional pickup's springs it' INTRIGUING! Would you care to explain us why, what are the benefits etc. As a fellow builder myself, although not at your level, I am always eager to learn something new. And BTW, I love this project.

The benefits for using latex tubing to mount pickups are low cost, easy to use, and readily available.

I've built a 3D . I noticed you didn't shield the cavities . Are the pups humbucker style? Just curious what your thinking is there. Looks really nice!

@@TGWW Humbuckers and all of the wiring is shielded. Therefore, shielding the cavities is pointless.

You didn't mention anything in the video, but I assume you made your own pickups with 3D printed bobbins?
