I suspect heat buildup may increase beyond settings..., I used two W1209, 1 for heating, and one for cooling once temperature go some degrees higher than desired. Some heat must be thrown out of box... I used some mercury thermometers to compare to digital readout... Nice job. I wish I could build one like yours.

Hello guy, Sorry for not having an update for the result of this incubator. eggs didn't hatch because of power failure/Blockout i didn't prepare the back up power inverter because it happens at night (dont want to disturb my neighbors). The owner decided to get the machine and test it by himself, i contacted him a while ago and it does hatch eggs maybe 85% hatch rate. i am planning to build a small one for myself so i can test it without hustle.

Good build friend, i rise quails and chicks for 5 years now.The temperature, must be 37,7 and the humidity about, 40 and 55 % in the day 18 or 15 for quails, rise the humidity to 65%. The most important is to clean the incubator with bleach 1:10 wather to kill al the bacteria. If not cleaned the bactetia will enter the next eggs and many will not survive. So you need a thermoigrometer monted on that big incubator or you will get big loses. sorry about my english. Thanks for the video.
