i've been watching a couple of this guy's videos and i can say that he is the person to go if you are having DAW related problems, as you can draw a lot of inspiration out of what he does. Andrew is more... if you're creatively stuck in some manner, watching a few Andrew's videos will surely help you - he goes broader, by what i have seen so far. but Levi has something in the way that he structures his videos that instantly has me wishing to go on and learn my software. Andrew makes me go and want to learn music theory. i guess that's what i can boil it down to.

Maybe anyone still watch this could try this: after doing the whole song, you have to replace I with bV, II with bVI, III with bIV and VII with bVII. Every chord has to be in the exact same shape (even if it's something like Maj7#5) rather than adapting to whatever the key is. Other chords would be treated in reverse or similarly (so V would become bI and bV would become I).

The intro and outro were better before being reversed, but the "drop" was great! You could definitely do a combination and make a really good track out of it.

That reversed reverb is actually really cool! Now I just have to figure out how to create that effect without rendering the track first and reversing it. (I use FL, so, perhaps using two layers of Gross Beat? One to reverse it, add reverb to that, then reverse it again? This'll definitely be fun to play with!)
