Awesome. This is one of the best beating making Lives, I my opionion because you give us the overhead view which is better than the Over the shoulder point of view. from a Pro Like you Great and Thank you for Sharing this "JOINT"

The ideas. I like your beats and seeing the process unfold is both educational and entertaining. I'm also very curious about the new update, but seeing how you put together a beat from a - z is just great content imo. I watched the whole thing.

I like that last point you made of having the Sequences in Arranger View, and just more the Sequences around. Makes a lot of sense. Hopefully Akai is listening!

Is there a reason why you put a lowpass filter on an insert instead of using the lowpass filter in program edit? Are they different?

Hi Marlow. Nice work! Afaik song mode still exists... Can't you just jam and play around with sequences, then make a structure in song mode, and then export the song to an arrangement and work from there ? Also, i noticed that when you used the returns you had reverb set at around 30% wet. There are obviously no rules in production, but usually when using sends one should use 100% wet since the amount of send is actually the dry/wet balance. I might have missed or not understood something, but just my 50 cents.

Yeap, at 51 mins you actually state this. song into seq then use the arranger for fine tuning. I should have waited before commenting. :) Also, your idea of copying songs is a great one to test different concepts, just feed it to the devs!
