honestly some exist, like people usually start with the percussion then build, but I don't have a specific order, I just play what sounds good to me, what ever instrument that is

For the most part, Most music that you listen too, if you noticed will have a *Kick, a Snare, Hihats, Bass, the chords and the Main melody.* Some genres are different, Trap music tends to have 808s instead of a kick and bass because a 808 is basically a kick drum/bass mixed together. Hope that somewat helps. Think of songs/beats as having a Low(bass,kicks), Mid(snares,rims), and High(the melodies).

I'm back with the question, I have now Logic Pro X and I would like to do like how you did your drum kit " better trap" cause I really don't know how, I've watch tutorials nothing helped me.

lolllll ok bet, so go into ultrabeat in logic pro x and open it up so you see the actual ultrabeat plugin, then go into the drum kits and open drag and drop, then you get the sounds that you like and drag them onto the specific keys or pads you want them on, then when you have all the sounds you want assigned to the keys (such as hi-hats on f#, or kick on A) then save it and name it whatever you want, and then when you go back into ultrabeat it'll be saved there with all the sounds you saved to it

Hey Rex, I have a question for Christmas I'm getting a chunk of change maybe about 200 - 250$ and I'm definitely getting an akai mpk mini mk2, but after that I'm gonna save up for something other then lmms and I ain't sure what to get, I need something that'll work on a shit laptop and I'm thinkin fl studio (I ain't gonna make anything too complicated, X type beats and maybe uzi too) so I was wondering if there's anything I should look into? I agree with you I think fl studios is your best bet, also just to make this clear, the akai mpk mini makes no sounds of its own, so it has to be plugged into a computer with music production software on it (such as fl studios). I think it should still work with lmms, but I would double check if that daw is compatible with midis
