Is as simple as setting up a loop zone in your sequencer, and then start recording with the loop activated while you play the midi keyboard. Your rythm will be recorded but when the loop zone ends, it starts again, so he can listen what he has recorded again without playing the keyboard

well i'm thinking about making my own music and i'm gonna get a MIDI keyboard someday so can you answer this question: i noticed that when you play a sequence/note at least 2 or 3 times, it automatically repeats itself. how do you set it to be like that?

when you sample how do you get such a clean sound off your samples ? because when i sample i usually have a choppy sound and i use recycle to sample
