Making a Big Wooden Hammer (Mjolnir, Thor’s hammer)

How to make a big wooden hammer. I made these as award trophies for a Highland Games, but you could shorten the handle, add a strap, wrap it in leather to make a Mjolnir replica (Thor’s Hammer). I've used them to bash snowmen and watermelons and they hold up pretty well (wish I had video of that).
