Hi Andy you are really doing a great job, thanks for your help I got the Diagnosis unit safe control but the software has to be installed to get it connected from where can I get is it on the Web actually it has to be provided along with the controller can you please help me out ,thanks anthony

How does it's main motor and microspeed motor brake engagement work during operation?

@@supadchaudhuri6634 motor micro speed and main motor, it's motor conical, not motor cylinder, function brake main motor as a coupling and main brake, so rotor main motor push on when the during operations, and will release coupling, all the operation motor control by contactor, and push bottom pendant, thanks

@@haimoko6216 as per my understanding main motor and micro speed motor are connected through an intermediate gearbox. Both micro speed and main motor has different braking arrangements. So when micro speed motor is running how does the main motor brake gets disengaged and vice versa. As per my knowledge brake can only be disengaged by providing power to the require motor TB.

@@supadchaudhuri6634 the main function of the brake motor is to connect the intermediate gearbox with the hoist gearbox. so when the low speed is activated, and the micro speed motor rotates, the main motor brake is not released, because the main motor brake functions as a link that delivers the slow motor rotation to the hoist gearbox, and Main motor brake will be released when fast rotation, activate

@@haimoko6216 what about the fast speed? By that logic when fast speed is activated the micro speed break will also not be disengaged. Will it not cause continuous break wear and high running current of the motor? I am facing unusual break wear on the microspeed motor break cover. Can you explain the possible reasons for high break wear in microspeed motor break cover?
