How to make cake pops- one of my less favourite things to make in terms of desserts if I had to admit ;) but for this cake, it was worth it. I always make cake pops with ganache and avoid using buttercream- it is easy to add too much buttercream, however the batter is forgiving if you manage to add too much ganache. I also find the cake pops hold their shape better and expand less once they are out of the fridge :) Enjoy!
