What do i do if when i want to generate fill there’s no such option? Like i can set the “edge blend” , “alpha expansion” and the range “work area” but then i dont have those 2 options bellow (create ref frame, generate fill layer) PS: i use CC 2022

Hey Alex! It looks like that because of the way i edited the KZbin video. To speed up the video I cut out the process of me pen tooling out the logo. There’s no special trick here just normal pen tooling and messing around until it fits the logo/emblem right

They are actually pretty different in my opinion! I would say that Ae is more of a program used when you want to apply a unique looking effect to your video and Pr is more of a program that you would use to edit your footage into a cohesive video.

Make sure all other layers are deselected and you have no layers visible underneath! It will be black until you apply your content aware fill. That’s what fills in the hole

Make sure you have your other layers turned off! Might just be showing the layer that is underneath!

Ah yes, Dont mess with the footage until the effect is done and content aware is complete. Adding more onto your footage before you do this step will more than likely make AE confused.
