I like to put up my tree as soon as possible in November. Not just because I love Christmas, but because the lights are so beautiful, and all the ornaments and colors and memories warm my heart, you know? Christmas just has a feeling like no other.

Things have changed since I got my kids (cats 🤣). I used to like delicate breakable things.... well, no more. But now I also enjoy combining beautiful ornaments such as snowflakes and balls (all plastic), with cutesy small Christmas-themed stuffed animals. I was planning to make some this year, starting early in the year, but well.... this year has become... difficult. I also planned on making some wine-bottle-sweaters. But no matter, still gonna create my little scenarios. There’s just not gonna be any new ones. But I still love my little Sven, the reindeer on skies, sliding down the “ski slope” I make out of white garlands. The little Christmas bears in the sled flying through the “night sky” created out of dark blue sparkly decor. Etc etc This will be the first year I will be able to put up my big tree in my mom’s room so she can see it again. ❤️

A few years ago, I finally convinced my wife to wait until after Halloween to put the tree up, sometimes she puts it up on Halloween night, but that's better than it used to be...

I just put my tree up today, and it's decorated with all of the handmade ornaments my mom made for me over the years...mostly angels...so I feel her watching over me even more than usual. :-)

One thing I absolutely adore about your channel is you make the tingles and sounds natural, like other ASMR artist tap and make it very obvious that there making tingles, which is ok. I just love how natural this is! Love your work ❤

I’m not very strong in the DIY department, but I love to see other’s creativity. Every Christmas I’m excited to pull out the decorations and look back at the homemade ornaments my kids have made throughout the years.

I can almost smell the rich, festive fragrances of the wreath. I love the natural rustling of the greens, the soft, warm lighting, the fabrics that you wear, all the small details of your surroundings. This video encapsulates the true purpose of the runup to Christmas, which is contemplation and slowing down - at least for all religious folks, no matter what religion they follow. But I really hope others can relate to these slow, tranquil roots of the season too.

Soo beautiful! 😊 I liked especially the little rattan basket, in which you kept the red berries. My mom taught me how to braid those, when I was a child.
