Making a Countertop: Part 1

I'm making a countertop for a local nail technician in this video! She requested paint on one side and epoxy on the other so, in Part 1, I show you had to paint the counter with Pettit Paint and use their enhancer.
This countertop technique can be used anywhere and handle wear and tear - for a bar, tabletop, makeup counter.
