Making a delicious roast chicken

Hi I'm Mercury, and I'm Inspired by the world around me! Join me on my adventures and hopefully you will be inspired too.
My sister is coming into town and I wanted to make something yummy for us to enjoy for dinner while she is here, so I made a roast chicken. This is seasoned with herbs like lavender thyme, rosemary and others and it turned out delicious. Its very simple to prep but it does take time to cook in the oven.

What was the total cooking time?

It took approximately 3 hours, but always cook to the proper internal temp. Cook time varies dramatically.
