Making a Diorama for my Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts

Hey everyone in this video you will see how I made a diorama for my Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts. It was my first time attempt at making a diorama and I think it turned out pretty good, also this was my first time making a video for youtube so the video lacks in some areas. As time goes on I will naturally learn and improve in the areas I'm lacking on so for now this will have to do. I hope to entertain at least some of you!

I believe it’s called Xps foam you can get it at Home Depot.

Where did u get the bases for the figure stands? And also what figure stands do u use

I’m making one for my son , may be a silly question bare with me but , why did u paint the turf brown and then make it green again ?

That’s really cool of you! And If I remember correctly I used two colors of turf the brown one was supposed to be the layer of dirt but when I first applied it the the pink foamed showed through so I painted the whole base brown and then added the green turf. Yeah I could just had the green layer but I wanted the dirt texture the bottom layer provided.

Also I just remembered I done a small test with just a brown layer of paint and then the green layer of turf and I did not like the way it looked it looked too flat and the brown underneath looked really bad. That’s basically what lead to all the mess you are asking about. It can probably be solved by a better looking base color (not the brown I used) and or more layers of green turf to prevent the base layer from coming through too much.

Where did you get that grass and the mod podge

The mod podge on Amazon but you can also find it at Walmart and the flock/grass from Woodland Senics but again you could probably find it on Amazon as well.
