This is pretty cool. I have some suggestions, you could add a trash can of some sort that allows for food to be thrown out. I also think this might be a little too easy so what im thinking is have a timer above every customer for their food to arrive. If the npc customer doesnt get their food in time they'll leave and every player will be penalized (either money or happiness) or somehting like that idk to add a little heat to the game

Really good game would love to play it when it comes out but what will happen if you give the wrong food to someone? And what will happen if you give the wrong burnt/freezed food to someone?
